Telegram client on MacOS sometimes displays text under spoiler as pseudo-braille characters. In such cases, if you share your screen or take a screenshot, the hidden text can be recovered!
Screenshots of photos work too, with one limit: an image hidden under a spoiler cannot be recovered, but a spoilered caption can. In the chat list Telegram renders that caption as pseudo-braille, and that is what this decoder reads.
